Tetsujin 28 Statue

Just when you thought the Full Size Gundam was something to marvel, they go an do it again. They have erected a Tetsujin 28 Statue (or better know to us as Gigantor) in Kobe Japan. The big unveiling came on October 4th, but not to as much fan-fare as the Gundam Statue.

It is being built at Wakamatsu Park in Nagata Ward, which was the ward hardest hit by the 1995 Kobe Earthquake.  It is also befitting to have it erected here as the it's creator, Mitsuteru Yokoyama was born in Kobe.

What are your thoughts - do you think we will see more of these Full Size Robots in Japan?
